Expert Center-Based ABA Therapy in Golden Hill, San Diego

My name is Ashley and I have a BA in Psychology from UCLA as well as an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I was brand new to the field when I started an internship at UCLA's Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior in 2013 and have never left! I've worked in different clinics as well as in clients' homes in both Los Angeles and San Diego. I case managed for several years and then obtained my BCBA credential in 2021. My biggest passion is the dissemination of our science in any capacity. I love to train, mentor, and share my experience with direct therapeutic staff, those pursuing their BCBA credential, Case Managers learning to oversee treatment, BCBAs, and parents! I am always learning from others as well and strive to evolve what I have to offer on a continuous basis. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with everyone on our team. 

Victoria is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a deep-seated passion for helping children reach their full potential through evidence-based, compassionate care. She specializes in creating individualized, play-based ABA programs that focus on functional communication and social emotional growth. Dedicated to the families of Golden Hill and the greater San Diego area, Victoria prides herself on collaborating closely with parents and caregivers to ensure that every child’s progress translates into meaningful, everyday success. 

Casiya is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about creating meaningful, positive change for children and their families. With a focus on naturalistic, play-based interventions, she specializes in developing individualized programs that promote social engagement, functional communication, and independence. Casiya is dedicated to providing high-quality care to the Golden Hill community, ensuring that every child at our center feels supported, understood, and empowered to reach their unique milestones. 

Bernardette serves as the heart of our Golden Hill center, balancing her roles as both our lead scheduler and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). With her unique perspective on both the administrative and clinical sides of ABA, she ensures that every family's journey—from the initial tour to daily sessions—is seamless and supportive. Bernardette is dedicated to creating an organized, welcoming environment where our therapists can focus on what they do best: helping children thrive. Whether she is coordinating schedules or working directly with students, her commitment to the San Diego autism community shines through in everything she does.
