Kirstin Schlichting, M.A., BCBA, Program Director

Kirstin has been working in the field of special education since 2001, where she began her career as a special education teacher. While teaching, Kirstin developed a strong interest in consulting with parents. It was then that she was introduced to the field of applied behavior analysis and providing early intervention for young children diagnosed with autism. 

Kirstin has extensive experience working with a variety of age groups to include infants and toddlers, elementary through high school age, and young adults. Her specialty areas include language development, the development of age appropriate self-care skills, toilet training, feeding intervention, social skill development, and also has a deep passion for parent education. Kirstin brings a wide range of expertise to develop comprehensive ABA programs for children attending Golden View Learning Center. 

Kirstin received her Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Lock Haven University in 2001, Master of Art in Special Education from San Diego State University in 2011 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015. Kirstin is also a credentialed special education teacher. 


Sara Dziubek, B.A., RBT

Sara has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis for three years as a registered behavior technician. In addition to ABA, she also has extensive experience working with kids of all age in multiple different settings including daycare, camps, and research settings. Sara graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University in 2015, and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism at Ball State University to further pursue her career in the field. 

Sara has a passion for working with kids and improving their everyday lives, and loves finding ways to make a connection with every child.
