Registered Behavior Technician - Now hiring!

We provide hands-on training to teach you how to implement our play-based teaching strategies, as well as on site supervisors to help you grow as a behavior Interventionist.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder as well as other developmental delays.
  • Implement social, communication, play, and daily living skill goals in a fun and engaging way.
  • Work with Clinical Supervisors (BCBAs) to run programs implemented in the client’s treatment plan.
  • Recognize client improvements and progress to note to caretakers and Clinical Supervisors.
  • Objectively collect data throughout daily sessions
  • Excitedly communicate positive feedback to clients as well as reinforce their progress
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
  • Be creative, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Must obtain RBT credential within 90 days of employment (don’t worry, we can help you!)
  • Must maintain CPR certification with an in person component (reimbursed)
  • TB skin test
  • Ability to pass a background check (reimbursed)
  • Must be at least 18-years-old with a valid identification
  • Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (with or without reasonable accommodations)


Preferred:

  • Experience working with children
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)Our online tutoring services provide students with access to expert tutors who are passionate about teaching. Our tutors are highly qualified and experienced, and they bring their expertise and enthusiasm to every session.

Golden View Learning Center’s offers a comprehensive Fieldwork Program to those interested in pursuing a career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. 


At Golden View Learning Center we are committed to providing a comprehensive program to ensure our candidates experience hands on training as well as have access to online learning tools to ensure they are proficient with all items on the 5th edition BACB Task List.  

Our BACB Fieldwork Program includes:


Multiple supervisors to ensure supervised fieldwork criterion is met.

Clinical Supervisor, BCBA - Now hiring!

Clinical Supervisor Position Summary:

The role of the Clinical Supervisor is to develop and provide ABA programming to Golden View Learning Center’s clients.  The position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing 1:1 therapy, parent training, Behavior Interventionist supervision, supervise individuals working toward their BACB credential, and monitoring of center-based ABA programs.  

This position is a full-time position in a center-based environment and does not require travel.

1 year minimum experience.

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA).
  • Develop functional behavior plans based on the results of FBA.
  • Conduct skills assessments. 
  • Develop treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address communication, feeding, play, self-care, and social skills utilizing evidence-based treatments outlined by the National Autism Center Standards Project and National Professional Development Center Evidence Based Practice Report.
  • Implement and monitor data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment plan objectives.
  • Update treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as needed.
  • Monitor Behavior Interventionist implementing ABA based treatment plans.
  • Train family members to implement behavior and treatment plans.
  • Ensure that the child is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
  • Follow the policies and procedures of Golden View Learning Center, LLC as outlined in this document.


Requirements:

  • Must be certified by the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Must possess a master’s degree or post-graduate certification in applied behavior analysis.
  • Must maintain CPR or BLS certification.
  • Must possess a Driver’s License. Job requires employees to commute to and from work and at times off site locations.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.


Clinical Supervisor Work Hours and Location:

  • Travel is not required. Services are provided at the center. 
  • Work materials are provided.
  • Center hours are 7:45am-4:15pm Monday through Friday 
  • The minimum billable requirement for this position is 30 billable hours per week.
