This position is based at our Vista center, located at 1890 Hacienda Dr, Vista, CA 92081, where we offer services related to ABA San Diego. At Golden View Learning Center, we specialize in providing golden ABA therapy tailored to meet individual needs.

At Golden View Learning Center, we offer both full-time (30-40 hours/week) and part-time (20-25 hours/week) positions for those interested in ABA therapy in San Diego through our Golden ABA Therapy program.

Our center, part of Golden View Learning Center, specializing in ABA therapy in San Diego, operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. The AM shifts for Golden ABA therapy are from 8am to 12:30pm, while PM shifts run from 11:30am to 4pm, with full-time shifts available from 8am to 4pm.

At Golden View Learning Center, we are committed to providing top-quality services tailored for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Our approach includes golden ABA therapy, focusing on effective and ethical treatment to help each child reach their full potential. As an RBT at GVLC, you will implement ABA therapy under the guidance of an on-site BCBA, ensuring that we uphold the standards of Golden View LLC.

Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays through our ABA San Diego programs at Golden View. Implement social, communication, play, and daily living skill goals in a fun and engaging way. Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors (BCBAs) to run programs outlined in the client’s treatment plan for Golden ABA Therapy. Recognize client improvements and progress to communicate to caretakers and Clinical Supervisors. Objectively collect data throughout daily sessions to track advancements. Excitedly communicate positive feedback to clients and reinforce their progress, all while maintaining respect and confidentiality for all clients. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment at Golden View. Be creative, and most importantly, HAVE FUN! Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma required for positions at Golden View Learning Center. Candidates must obtain their RBT credential within 90 days of employment, and don't worry, we can assist you in this process! It is also essential to maintain CPR certification, which must include an in-person component (reimbursed). A TB skin test is necessary as well. Applicants should have the ability to pass a background check (also reimbursed) and must be at least 18 years old with a valid identification. Additionally, candidates should be able to frequently bend, lift up to 30 lbs, squat, sit, stand, and/or run, with or without reasonable accommodations, to support ABA therapy in San Diego through Golden ABA Therapy and Golden View.

Additionally, multiple supervisors are on site to ensure that supervised fieldwork criteria are met. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to run, stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions, human bites or scratches, and maladaptive or aggressive behaviors, which can be particularly relevant in settings like those found in ABA San Diego or during sessions of Golden ABA therapy. The employee is occasionally exposed to vibration. The noise level in the work environment, such as at Golden View LLC, is usually moderate.
