Tricare Specialists: We are proud to accept Tricare and are well-versed in the specific authorization and ECHO (Extended Care Health Option) requirements to ensure your child’s services remain uninterrupted.
PCS Transition Support: If you are newly stationed at Camp Pendleton, MCAS Miramar, or Naval Base San Diego, we prioritize getting your child into therapy quickly. We work closely with your previous providers to ensure a seamless transfer of care.

Do you accept Tricare for ABA therapy?

Yes. We are an authorized provider for Tricare West. We assist families with the initial authorization process and ensure all clinical requirements for the Autism Care Demonstration (ACD) are met.

We just received PCS orders to San Diego. How soon can we start?

We recommend contacting us as soon as you have your orders. We can begin the intake process and insurance verification before you even arrive, helping to minimize any gap in your child’s care during the move.

What documents do I need to start the process with Tricare?

To begin, we generally need your child’s referral/authorization from your primary doctor, their formal ASD diagnosis report with the code F84.0, and your Military ID/Insurance card.

We have immediate openings for Tricare families at our Vista and Escondido centers with no waitlists!

Is your center located near local bases?

Yes! Our Vista and Escondido locations are conveniently located for families stationed at Camp Pendleton, while our San Diego presence serves families near MCAS Miramar and Naval Base San Diego.
